Fishing is HOT in Oklahoma!

Anybody else been seeing H***y Toads? Been years since seeing one. No matter the generation, every kid seems to love them.

This was the best catch I saw from yesterday. 🤣. Those mussels are everywhere.

First time ever fishing from a kayak. My thoughts:

-I can’t believe how easy it was to paddle. It flew through the water with little strokes. Even going into the wind. super stress free but got some exercise without feeling exhausted.

-It drifted slower than I thought. My daughter was on paddle board, it drifted 5 times faster.

-More stable than I thought. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring a camera with me next time.

-So easy to load and carry around. So much easier than Jon boat or bass buggy.

-Probably best way to fish on the fly. Easy to load and unload. No battery or trolling motor.

This will test even the best of shooters.
