The ARMOR UP Youth Training Camp (Ages 9–13) is back for 2026.
This is a purpose-built program designed to develop your athlete’s speed, strength, and confidence during the offseason—while keeping it fun, competitive, and team-driven.
⚠️ Limited to the FIRST 20 athletes only
WHAT’S INCLUDED ($149 per athlete)
✅ 12 Structured Training Sessions
— 3x per week, professionally programmed for real athletic development
✅ Hands-On Coaching Every Session
— Group instruction + individual feedback from experienced coaches
✅ Performance-Driven Curriculum
— Sprint mechanics, core strength, agility, plyometrics, and sport-specific drills

Learn how to run faster, change direction efficiently, and react quicker on the field or court.
Strength & Power
Build a strong, athletic foundation with safe, age-appropriate training—helping you jump higher, move better, and stay injury-free.
Coordination & Mindset
Develop balance, body control, and confidence. Every session builds both physical skill and mental toughness.

Our kiddos are getting in on the CrossFit Open fun again this year! Cheering, learning, and celebrating right alongside one another! We get to move, build confidence, and a have some FUN! Coordination and Confidence
Master movement patterns, balance, and body control while gaining the confidence to take on new challenges. Every drill builds both skill and mindset — because how you move matters just as much as how you think.
