We’re hoping to start personal training very soon at COOPS GYM! Please private message if you’re interested in personal training! Send your name, phone number and availability and a little bit about your goals! We’re looking to train people in groups of 2 mainly so if you have a friend to train with that would be great! But will also do solo sessions.

Personal training will be $25 per hour if you’re in a group. And $35 an hour if solo. We’re hoping our clients will train at least 3 days per week.

COOPS GYM IS OPENING TOMORROW!

Memberships are $35 a month. No extra fees at all

For memberships you can text or call 517-443-8233. Or stop in person sometime during the week starting tomorrow (July 21st) from 8am-12pm or 3-7pm.

Coop will not be offering personal training quite yet, he wants to focus on the gym portion first and the community of the gym! Will let everybody know when it’s available!
