This summer we are offering our first juniors kickboxing classes, ages 8-12yo! Over the 14 sessions, participants will learn proper foot work, kicks and punches special to kickboxing, clinch work and how to catch kicks, while also improving their fitness and conditioning. We have had so much success with our juniors that started kickboxing in their early teen years that we wanted to kickoff this program in hopes of continuing it after the summer, should we have the interest.

Details:

June 23-Aug 6th, Tuesday and Thursdays from 3-4pm. (make up classes August 11 and 13)

Cost: $335, includes gloves and shin guards, first four people to sign up get $50 off!

The first 6 Students actively enrolled in BJJ or TKD get it for ONLY $145(includes boxing gloves and shin guards). After that $195.
