You all trusted me to help you become the best version of yourself, and for that I am forever grateful. Though our journey here has come to an end, our path to greatness is never ending. For those that need me, I won’t be hard to find. You athletes changed my life, and I will forever be a better man because of the time we spent together. Thank you.

Welcome to week 4 💪. We are currently utilizing the same program that produced our most explosive athletes and biggest vertical jumps ( with over 40” from 31” and over 30” from 19”) albeit with tweaks with the goal of making it EVEN better.
