June and July booking is officially open as of 8am this morning. All sessions must be prepaid before the date of the training session or they will be forfeited. At this time I have the following slots available 1245 and 1115. Depending on demand other time slots may be opened up. Please send a DM for scheduling 🖤

Starting in January I have 4 App only spots available! I plan it you do it. Cost is 50 per month 🖤

With grad degree numero dos quickly coming to an end I am preparing for my return to personal training this spring. I will have very limited dates until June and July when I am off contract at the school and have more time and availability. I will also be going through my home gym and will be starting a sale feed to make room for some new equipment that is enroute. See you all soon

Now that all of my current clients have been notified, I would like to announce that I will not be taking clients at this time. I am currently in grad school (again I know) and my workload on top of a full-time job has gotten quit heavy. I do have a list of trainer and would happily recommend someone who could fit your needs🖤

2021 USPA Drug Tested Nationals Events & Categories:Full Power, Bench Only, Deadlift OnlyRaw, Classic Raw, and Single PlyState, Nationals, and World records can be set. Limited to 120 lifters per daySpectators: Due to current Covid-19 restrictions in California, spectator information will be available closer to the event date.

First up on our Summer Nationals tour is San Antonio! Where Eric Ramsey and I will make our first 1st Nationals appearance!

USPA Nationals 2021 Qualification: You must have a Class 1 total (full power or single lift total) from a USPA local meet from January 1, 2019 thru May 2, 2021 to qualify. Must have a Class 1 total for your age group.
