Trugreen will be in the community to spray homes sites on Thursday, September 17th. If you wish to get on the NO SPRAY LIST, please email the office NO LATER than Monday, September 14th.

Please note we DO NOT keep prior no spray lists, YOU MUST notify us each time.

Parking Lot Access/ Bus Stop Safety-

Dear Parents and Guardians,

To ensure the safety of all children and maintain smooth traffic flow, we ask for your cooperation regarding the morning and afternoon bus stop routines.

With the increase in pedestrian congestion near the parking lot entrance, it creates a potential safety hazard and blocks vehicle access. Please review the following guidelines with your children:

Keep Entrances Clear: Children must not stand or gather in the parking lot entrance or exit while waiting for the bus.

Utilize the Designated Waiting Area: For their safety, all students should wait on the median grass area until the bus arrives and comes to a complete stop.

Avoid Running: Please remind your children that running in the parking lot or along Foster is strictly prohibited.

Our primary goal is to ensure that everyone can enter and exit the property safely. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter and for helping us keep our community safe.

The pool will be back open on Tuesday, August 25th.

A few friendly reminders:

IT IS MANDATORY TO RINSE OFF BEFORE ENTERING THE POOL.

If you are putting tanning lotion, or sunblock on you MUST wait a minimum of 15 minutes before entering the pool

Proper Swim Wear is REQUIRED. NO STREET CLOTHES of any kind. (No tank tops, sports bras, shorts, underwear, dresses, etc) Swim material ONLY.

If your child is not potty trained, they MUST be in swim diapers ONLY. Regular diapers ARE NOT allowed.

NO running, diving, or flipping into the pool for any reason!!

Any visitors entering the pool MUST be with registered adult resident at all times.

The pool attendant reserves the right to ask any residents or guests to leave the pool if you are not following any of the rules, being disrespectful etc. In addition, we reserve the right to revoke your pool pass for violating ANY of the rules at any time for the pool season.

The last day for the pool season will be Monday, September 7th.

Unfortunately, we ran out of backpacks! We are going to restock on Monday. If you are still in need of a backpack please stop into the office next week!
