Aerial Yoga with Tristabel — Explore your range of motion, challenge your strength and control, and experience familiar movements in a whole new way. Aerial Yoga combines stretching, mobility, stabilization, in supported poses using an aerial hammock. No aerial experience required! What to wear: Please wear close-fitting clothing and remove all jewelry before class. Clothing should be free of zippers, metal embellishments, or anything else that could snag or damage the aerial hammocks.
