We’ve had the incredible opportunity to teach, mentor, and grow alongside so many amazing students and families in our communities. From first classes to black belts, from kids finding confidence to adults pushing their limits, every step of this journey has meant the world to us.
23 years is more than a number. It’s a legacy built through hard work, relationships, and a shared commitment to becoming better every day. And the best part...? We’re just getting started!

A good workout doesn't have to take a lot of time. Here's a simple plan you can follow at home this week, or even do if you are taking a short trip.
10-Minute Triumph Workout

No equipment needed. Just a little space and a great attitude!
Warm-Up (2 Minutes)
Jumping Jacks – 30 seconds
High Knees – 30 seconds
Arm Circles – 30 seconds
Toe Touches – 30 seconds
Strength & Skill Round (6 Minutes)

Complete the following circuit 3 times.
Push-Ups – 10
Sit-Ups – 15
Front Kicks – 10 each leg
Straight Punches – 20 punches (10 each hand)
Squats – 15
Move with good form. If you need a short break, take one and jump right back in.

Cool Down & Stretch (2 Minutes)
Hamstring stretch (touch toes) – 20 seconds
Quad stretch – 20 seconds each leg
Butterfly stretch – 30 seconds
Deep breaths and relax – 30 seconds
Challenge Yourself
If you want to go a little further, repeat the Strength & Skill Round one more time.
