I had the chance to meet Aaron Napurski this year through basketball, and it’s been a pleasure having him in the gym. He’s the kind of kid who always has a smile on his face, works hard, and brings a positive energy to those around him.

Aaron is a great kid who has a lot of people in his corner. Recently diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, he’s starting a tough fight—but he won’t face it alone.

Reminder: Registration for Jacks Summer Camp closes at the end of the day on May 22nd.

Camp runs 3 days per week throughout the month. We understand summer schedules can be busy — players are absolutely welcome to attend whenever they are able. There is still a ton of value even if you can’t make every session.

If you’re planning on joining us, make sure to get signed up before the deadline.

Basketball gets 'personal' for Duluth Denfeld's Carter Brown The 2026 News Tribune All-Area Player of the Year averaged 27.1 points and 13.8 rebounds for the Hunters and topped it off with a 51-point night in the postseason.

Both juniors had outstanding seasons and played a huge role in representing Cloquet basketball this year.

Tonight was a tough loss to end the season, but I couldn’t be more proud of this group of young men. The growth each player showed throughout the year — on and off the court — was incredible.
To our seniors, thank you for everything you’ve given to this program. Your leadership, work ethic, and commitment helped shape this team and set the tone for the future of Cloquet Basketball. Wishing you nothing but the best in your next adventures.
