We have moved!! Our new location is 5106 N. Prince.

OK everyone sorry for the bad news again sorry we are going to cancel classes again tonight due to the weather its cold out there.. You can make up these classes that have been canceled on Thur. this week 4 pm or 5 pm morning classes Mon. morning at 9am or 10am and open gym 11am, All other classes can make up Mon., Tues., or Thurs. 4-6.. any questions give me a call!!!

Sorry everyone It is a little late!! We are closed from the 22nd Dec. to the 2nd of Jan.

If anyone has a large shop vac I can borrow so I can clean the gym today could you bring it by the gym at around 2-230. Thanks

Had a great turn out tonight for registration, If you didn't get a chance to come out tonight don't forget we will also be there Sat. July 31st 9am-12 and again on Aug. 6th between Advanced Auto and the Masters Center from 4-7pm..Classes for the Fall start on Aug. 4th.. Hope you have all had a wonderful Summer.. See you soon!

Sorry guys should have specified, Class schedule and times will be available at registration for you to choose your class! I will post those after Saturday.

Ok everyone pass this along to friends, July 30th 5-7pm, July 31st 9am-12, we will be having registration for Fall classes open enrollment $30 If you register before Aug. 7th, after Aug. 7th $35 Registration fee.. This covers insurance for the entire year.
