We offer an awesome environment for men, women, and children to come learn the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, self defense and a healthy lifestyle.

Jiu Jistsu focused, Silverback Jiu Jitsu was created in 2017 by owner and head coach Daniel Casarez. Achieving his black belt under Marcus Antelante, Silverback Jiu Jitsu is a proud member of the Ares Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Association. With many established colored belts residing at the gym, we currently teach children, teens and adults the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We offer several classes to provide multiple opportunities to attend throughout the week. Our goal is to teach Jiu Jitsu to a variety of people in hopes of improving their physical fitness while understanding techniques that aid in self defense and expanding their knowledge in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Small business was never meant to be linear. The lows make the highs all that much better. After eight years at our current location, we are humbled and proud to be able to continue to grow. It doesn't happen overnight, but little by little, we're building a community, a family, a place of comfort and grit. If you've been a part of our journey, it's because of you that we are where we are today. This gym may seem like a small addition, but to us, it's a place where our students can build their character, their strength, and their trust in the gym. 24/7 access to a gym that is just for them is how we achieve that. To the average Joe, it might not seem like much, but to those who get it, you know how much this little growth really weighs.

Huge thanks to for helping us get the gym set up and spending his nights trying to rope us in, and Marcus Armijo for taking time to help patch up the place.

The gym is a starting place. We can't wait to continue the growth and continue supporting the community as they have for us these past eight years! Thank you, Jesus, for the blessings - Coach Daniel

Welcome to the next chapter of Silverback Jiu-Jitsu!

To all of our new and current members — stay tuned as we begin adding a new gym addition and updating the place we’ve proudly called home for the past 8 years. While these may not seem like huge changes to some, to us they are meaningful steps toward improving what Silverback Jiu-Jitsu is all about and continuing to build the best experience possible for our team and community.
With that said, the gym will be CLOSED until June 6th while renovations are underway. We’ll continue posting updates along the way and can’t wait to show you what’s coming next.
Thank you all for your patience, support, and understanding. We truly appreciate every one of you.

As a reminder we will be closed for remodel this week. We will post any updates by email and band! Silcerback family please remember to check both! Have a great Monday and we hope to see everyone real soon.
