For our new followers, allow me to introduce myself and what it is that we do here:
My name is Jac, and I am the owner of Livfit Training. I started as a member here in 2012, when it was formerly known as Crossfit FTF. I have coached, managed and co-owned the gym over the years. In 2018, I became the sole owner of Livfit with hopes to continue the great work that the previous owner left me. I am proud of what I have accomplished so far, and I look forward to passing that along to the next owner when the time comes.
What do we offer at LivFit?
I provide strength and conditioning classes giving you the how, what, when, why and all the modifications you’ll need so that we can make appropriate progressions along the way! In addition, there is a 24/7 open gym membership option which allows for one less excuse to not get a workout in!
I have also opened the space up for other trainers in the area to work out of LivFit and run their own business as they see fit separate from mine. I am of the mindset that we are all in this profession to help people and we do not need to work against each other to achieve that. This unique approach can be very beneficial and exist in harmony if done right (clear communication of boundaries and expectations, and no bu****it) and i am grateful that it has been a success for my business!
A little bit about me outside of the gym:
I am married to the most amazing man that puts up with all my stressed out moments with grace, understanding, and love lol and we have 3 children. We enjoy traveling so earlier this year I picked up a part time job working for Peidmont for the flight benefits! I enjoy playing indoor soccer but i don’t get to play as often as i’d like. Back in the day i was really into competing in local crossfit competitions but after i had our 3rd kid in 2018 i lost a lot of the hype for them (probly cuz i was also taking over a business at the same time 😵💫). My competitive ass will still push myself tho to “win” if you ever find yourself working out with me 🤣
Lifting weights is my strength, cardio is my kryptonite.

Exercising is a great way for older people to stay healthy and active, and it's never too late to start! Working out can help seniors maintain their strength and balance, reduce the risk of chronic diseases, and even improve their mental health. Plus, it's a great way to stay connected with friends and family, and to stay engaged in the community.

Just after one year with LivFit, Dennis completed his last workout here before he moves 😭 ya’ll need to stop finding new places to live lol😅 We will miss seeing you in the mornings and always bringing a smile to our faces!
