Another week another athlete spotlight🤩: Josie Benitez

Josie is a highly decorated wrestler here in the fresno area and thanks to Fresno State NCWA Wrestling and our collaboration we have gotten the great opportunity to work with her 💪🙌

Josie puts her all in whatever she does and that’s true even in the gym and the numbers speak for themselves. 📈📈

Not only did she improve physically but she was able to push beyond the limits she thought she had. 🤯

We look forward to watching her killl it on the mat this season 🤼‍♀️

Hitting the ground running with the Fresno Monsters Hockey 🏒🥅

Great day in the gym for recovery. Here at BPT, we know recovery is just as important as strength training when it comes to peak performance. We’re stoked to be working with the Fresno Monsters hockey team again this year. 📈💪

We always look forward to helping them dominate the ice this season ❄️🥶
