We are overwhelmed with gratitude. Every single person that assisted us in preparing our HQ for the coming disaster was professional, respectful, efficient, positive, cheerful, eager to help, really… there was one day we were given the green light to head up, and we didn’t have time to pack a lunch. Just hurry up and get there.. Now! … Upon hearing this.. they went around and collected a bag of food for us. Touched my heart..
God Bless Them and Keep Them All Safe. We made some forever friends.

We are safe. All of our hard working, faithful and trusted stock are now safely home on our home ranch.
The Garnet Fire is a Beast.
Thankful for the ground crews ( Fire Fighters ) and our immediate USFS peeps, that have been saddled with this near impossible task.
They have gone above and beyond their call of duty to secure our facility, and now we are friends forever..
I wish I had taken more pictures… but just a been little distracted.
God Love Them. 🇺🇸

We took a looksee drive up to Courtright.
The road is still closed to public for good reason.
Snow drifts going into Trapper Springs/Cliff Lake Trail Head
Current temperature.. cold 🥶
Next week the weather should be 🌞

Our 2024 Season is a wrap.
PG&E pulled the plug on Courtright Lake.
The gate to the lake will be closed October 1, 2024, and this is the last weekend to fish this lake.
We were blessed to encounter a young girl named Lexi and her father from Clovis CA. She attends Redbank Elementary, and this was her First Time Fishing EVER!.. Way to go Lexi 🎣

We have had the pleasure of assisting this family get to their special place (Top Secret) in the Sierra’s for now.. 3 generations.
