We’re hiring a Fairway Mower to join our crew Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from roughly 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM. It’s a great gig for someone who enjoys fresh air, beautiful views, and a peaceful morning on the golf course.

Reminder!! Aerification begins tomorrow morning!

The Most Feared Word in Golf… Aeration. 😱⛳
We know… seeing freshly aerated greens can feel a little like putting across the surface of the moon.
But here’s the good news: it’s actually one of the best things we can do for the course.

Starting Monday, we’ll begin our spring aeration process at Colonial Park Golf Course.
How it will work:
• Monday – Front 9 Closed while we aerate
• Next – Back 9 Closed as we finish the process
We work one side at a time so golfers can still get out and play while we improve the greens.

Why we do it:
✔ Relieves soil compaction
✔ Helps water and nutrients reach the roots
✔ Promotes healthier turf
✔ Leads to smoother, better greens in the long run

Think of it like a spa day for the greens… except instead of cucumber water and massages, they get punched with thousands of tiny holes.
