Little recap from our party congrats to the ruthless reindeers on the team win and on winning the grand prize!
A lot of the people I work with are already active when they first come to me. Theyâre showing up, And doing what theyâre told they need to be doing. Yet the scale or the mirror donât show the progress.
If youâve been stuck at the same plateau for months or even years while trying hard and being consistent. Itâs probably not an effort issue, itâs an intensity issue.
Not every workout needs to be all-out chaos, but if your goal is to build muscle or change your body, you have to be willing to get uncomfortable. What most people think is âhardâ and what actually challenges their body are two very different things, and thatâs not a character flaw. Your body is wired to resist that discomfort, both physically and mentally.
Not sure if youâre pushing hard enough? Film a set.
Compare your first rep to your last. Real challenge looks like this:
⢠Technique starts clean, then slightly breaks down (still safe)
⢠Reps slow as fatigue sets in
⢠You can see the strain on your body and your face
I tell clients all the time: if youâre not making a goofy face, you probably had more in the tank.
Progress lives on the other side of comfort.
Make sure you on your training and dig in

Another amazing year transformation! Almost 40 lb and lots of inches! The commitment I've seen out of you to enjoy life while still taking care of yourself. This last year was inspiring. The thing I'm most proud is How you achieve all this while? Still enjoying your trips and your treats!

Want to end the year sharing some wins. Firstly we have to talk about the AMAZING she has managed to lose over 40lbs, she's stronger then she's ever been, has the confidence (and ability!) to wear whatever she wants, AND managed to massively improve her health and kidney function.
Truly can't even begin to explain how much of an inspiration you are!
