Many of you have been part of this growth from the beginning. You've supported the mission, shared the content, believed in what we're building. That matters.

I feel a bit too thick. And I'm afraid if I cut weight, I'll fail. Worse - part of me doesn't think I deserve to look fit. That's the real issue. So here's what I'm doing: confronting it head on through discipline. Cut carbs by 30%. Use fat as fuel. Do the Fit to Hunt exercises I'm sharing on YouTube. Lean out. Teach myself to love the new body through the work. This isn't about vanity. It's about discipline. It's about proving to myself I can do hard things. If you're in the same place, the Fit to Hunt series is for you too, a casual series on getting fit for hunting and cutting some excess so I am carrying less of my big ass up a tree. :)

"You Know You Should Get In Shape For Hunting... But How?"
Every year I hear some hunter say "I gotta get in better shape for this" — but they don't know how. How to program it, how to schedule it, which exercises are best, which are most efficient. It's a lot, but I understand it — it's my language.
I understand kinesiology, physiology, and the metabolic pathways we use in hunting, and I want to help you get in better shape so you can enjoy hunting more.

Looks like a Cult.🤣
I had the honor to teach at the Annual Firefly Gathering in Green Mountain last weekend and had to post this laughing moment. Students were learning my method to find time or South using the upright finger method. Not sure what to name the method. Any suggestions?
