My good friend Nick Tumminello had a quote the other day that I shared it said, “Hard work is Physical, Consistency is Mental.”
It is statement so true and if you want consistent results it starts right here.....in the kitchen! Sunday morning meal prep, getting all of our meals ready for the work week ahead!! We are a CSA pick-up location for Oak Spring Farm this summer! Pick-ups will be weekly on Wednesdays, starting June 3 thru October 7, from 2-6:30pm in the Chesacanna wellness shop. Sign up today for fresh and local produce! https://www.harvie.farm/signup/oak-spring-farm
You can chose the size of your share as well as customize your share. Once you sign up, you’ll be asked to rate veggies they have to offer, based on likes and dislikes, and they will build your share around your preferences! No MMCC card required to sign up.
