Your team is growing fast. Our room is full, which is what we want. With that growth, our supply of wrestling shoes, headgear, and singlets is getting thin. Some of our older gear is wearing out from daily use.

If you have any gently used wrestling items from past seasons, consider donating them.

Your donations support new athletes who are trying the sport for the first time. You also help us stretch our budget so we can focus on upgrading wall mats and other room needs.

You can drop items off in the wrestling room on school days from 4 to 6 pm or message the coaches to coordinate.

Join us for the 2024–25 Space Coast Vipers Wrestling Parent & Athlete Meeting happening tonight at 6:30 PM in the SCHS Cafeteria.

This meeting is for all boys and girls in grades 7–12 interested in wrestling this season, along with their parents/guardians.

We’ll review:
• Season expectations & key dates
• Athletic clearance & eligibility
• Practice schedule and registration
• Opportunities for both middle and high school athletes

🚀 Space Coast Wrestling is Expanding — Join Our Coaching Staff! 🚀

Space Coast Jr./Sr. High is one of the few combined middle school and high school programs in Florida. That means our student-athletes get six years of opportunity in one program — starting as early as middle school, competing in dedicated MS-only events, and even wrestling on the high school team when ready.

Add to that our youth club (K–6), and Space Coast Wrestling truly develops athletes from the first steps on the mat all the way to varsity competition.

📈 Last season we had 35 boys and 18 girls finish strong, making us one of the largest and fastest-growing programs in Brevard County!

👊 Opportunities Available:
• 1 paid coaching position
• Multiple volunteer assistant roles

💡 Who we’re looking for:
• Passionate leaders who want to mentor athletes across all ages.
• Wrestling or coaching experience is helpful but not required — we’ll train and support the right people.
• Knowledge of weight training and athlete development is a strong plus.
• Coaches who believe in building athletes’ character, confidence, and competitiveness on and off the mat.

What an incredible evening we had celebrating our seniors and honoring Coach McCormick on his remarkable 20 years of dedication to Space Coast Wrestling, including his milestone 400th dual meet win and new 401st victory! To our amazing wrestlers, you brought energy and heart to the mat, making the night truly unforgettable.

A massive thank-you to our parent volunteers who worked tirelessly to make this event a success. Your time and effort create opportunities like this to celebrate our team and its accomplishments.

Space Coast guys went 4-1 at the Bulldog Duals held at St. Cloud this past Saturday. Undefeated for the day were Ashton Swanson, Nate Webster, Angel Jones, Chris McDonel, Drayton Gamradt, and Jerrell Dossous. Coach McCormick is now standing at 395 coaching career dual meet wins
