Meet our June Instructor of the Month: Macey! ✨
Macey loves helping people feel stronger, more confident, and powerful in their own skin. Her goal is for every student to leave class feeling better than when they walked in—physically and mentally.
For her, movement is both a reset and a moment of self-connection, and she loves sharing that with others at Evolution Yoga & Fitness.

Meet our June Member of the Month: Karlenne! 💛
Karlenne discovered Evolution Yoga after a friend encouraged her to try a class—never expecting yoga would become part of her life. Her first class (Love 60!) was a challenge, but the welcoming energy of the studio made her feel right at home.
Three years later, she’s still showing up for herself on the mat. For Karlenne, Evolution Yoga is more than movement—it’s a place to reset, reconnect, and build strength in both body and mind.
