It’s been a year but I managed 90 minutes 😝

It’s so fun doing the social media trending challenges with clients. This was our first try and we followed the video.
This kid is giving me a run for my money lol. As I picked a picture for the cover, I was like wait what? His pull up is better than mine! Ok Dan it’s on like Donkey Kong! 😂
Team mates lift each other up pun intended as he lifted my short self up to the bar.
The strength and flexibility he has achieved in our sessions is amazing. He has cerebral palsy and shows that you can achieve anything you put your mind to.

NAMI Nights Presents: In Our Own Voice- Elevating Mental Health Awareness through Storytelling!
Join me, I will be a keynote speaker on April 22nd from 6pm-8pm with Q&A after. I specialize in personality disorders and trauma informed care. My focus is on fostering recovery and promoting holistic healing through evidence-based approaches. Notably, I have successfully helped a care receiver heal from Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) in under three years, with no longer meeting the criteria for that diagnosis. My book is available on Amazon, Kindle and Barnes & Noble.
Every 2nd and 3rd Tuesday of the month starting on Tuesday, February 11th, come for an evening of live music and real, raw stories that bring awareness, empathy, and empowerment to the mental health conversation and community.
