get mad ๐ก at yourself if you waited until this morning to start your week off right. It sounds good to say I WILL Kill IT ON MONDAY๐๐ฝ๐ MY DIET WILL BE ON POINT๐๐ฝ unfortunately if you just ๐ญ thought about that last night or this morning you are already behind the 8 ball ๐งฟ It is okay I got you!! The success is in the preparation having a basic plan of action for the week! Simply write down your tasks, goals and how you will execute them. Know when you can schedule your workout. Don't over complicate Mondays
WORKOUT๐๏ธโโ๏ธ๐๏ธโโ๏ธjust get something done your more likely to skip a workout the rest of the week. So getting anything in will give you incentive to keep the momentum GOING!
NUTRITION๐ฅ๐ง๐ฅ๐ถ๏ธ๐ฅ Did you go shopping yesterday! Scrambling around and not knowing what to eat is dangerous๐๐ณ Weeken stock up on essential items your favorite protein fruits, vegetables and complex carbs. Track your food see where you can make adjustments.
Sleep๐ด Did you go to bed a resonable time did you set your things aside to go to work SMOOTHLY. PROBLEM WE ALL FEEL CHALLENGED TO GET GOING ON MONDAY so find positive ways to start your day. You are going either way might as well feel good and have a good attitude it will allow you to flow through the week seemlessly!!!
