MST Tennis athlete adam.harrah has made tremendous progress this past year. Adam gained just about 20 pounds of lean mass in a one year span. Adam also increased his bench from 95 to 140, squat from 165 to 235, and deadlift from 175 to 225. Adam also increased his top speed from 16 mph to 18 mph.

MST athlete .vb has come a long way in her ACL recovery journey. For the past several months, Natalia has progressed according and is even exceeding expectations in her rehab, functional, and strength training. She has full range of motion and no restrictions on her surgery knee and she has built a very strong foundation for strength and technique/mechanics.

Congratulations to MST athletes and for making the First Team All Broward for classes 4A-1A. Emma finished the season with 773 assists, 40 aces, and 143 digs as an 8th grader and Yasmin finished with 320 kills, 60 aces, 37 blocks, and 194 digs.
