Hello firefly yoga community! We are happy to welcome Alyssa to our teaching team. She will be subbing Yin tonight🤍

•Alyssa has been a health and fitness enthusiast her entire life. Her fitness career encompasses over 25 years as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for a wide range of fitness modalities. She got her start as a fitness leader for 15 years in the Navy, and afterwards at various military and civilian fitness facilities, as well as starting her own health and fitness business. The past 5 years her favorite place to be is on the yoga mat, especially with Yin Yoga. Besides yoga and fitness, Alyssa enjoys world travel with her husband and two teen girls, snowboarding, surfing, rock climbing, hiking, reading and foreign food. She is so excited to have the opportunity to share her passion for yoga and wellness at the Firefly Studio.

Join Della for a special Somatic Integration class in a guided experience designed to bring you back into that rhythm — the quiet, intelligent flow that already lives within the body.

Through breath, gentle movement, and inner awareness, we’ll work with the Water Element (in Traditional Chinese Medicine) to support the kidneys, nourish deep reserves of energy, and invite fluidity back into the system. As the body softens, energy begins to move naturally — restoring a sense of ease, creativity, and inner steadiness.

This is a space to slow down.
