We donated our fitness trailer to a local non-profit called Christ-fit. A gym that has no membership fees and runs on donations only. In the future anything fitness related we will be running through them. Excited for the future of this for our local community. Reach out to to see how you can donate and/or get involved. 🙏

Hope everyone had a good winter. We will be starting things back up. Utilizing Defensive Action Center and Praetorian Armory & Coatings compound off Seltice in CDA, for workouts and training sessions sometime next month.

One of our dudes putting in work for his upcoming contract. If you are shipping out for the military or a special operations pipelines any time soon, reach out. Our training has helped individuals successfully navigate the toughest pipelines the military has to offer including BUDs among others. 🤘🏻
Today was our first meeting and workout it went solid, met some good dudes and we are excited to keep this up.
See you guys Thursday between 3 and 5 pm and we will be at 3340 N Atlas Rd. CDA. We realize people have jobs and lives so come at whatever time works for you, if it’s 30 mins before 3 or after 5 we can do that too. Our workouts will only take an 30 mins to an hour tops.
We don’t want to make anything about money, if you’re a vet /first responder/ dude who wants to come work out, shoot the s***, and shoot some guns, come on out we can figure it all out. This is a side thing for us and not how we make our money. We just want to make a solid community. See you out there!

We are brothers and former members of the Marine Recon community. One Navy SARC and one Recon Marine. Both subject matter experts on most things pertaining to our jobs while in. We also know there are 1000 ways to skin a cat, andwe will never be ones to try to tell you we have the secret sauce to become a high-speed low-drag dude. It comes with 1000's of hours in training that you can't get around by watching a Garand Thumb youtube video. Burn your couch and start putting in the work with us, reach out for more details.

Did you recently get out of the military and realize you miss the clowns, but not the circus?
Do you get in trouble at work for having dark humor or at thanksgiving dinner for unnecessarily establishing dominance on stupid matters?
Yeah, me neither. Is our goal to teach guys SOF skill sets and get guys fit, yes. Also and equally as important we started this group to serve as a place where local vets and first responders can have a social group, to rely on each other. We decided to do this after an old friend and team mate decided he needed a permanent solution to his temporary problem and ended his own life. None of us knew he was going though it. I am not a psychologist, but my Marines callled me Doc, talking with guys who get it helps. If you’re going through it and want to be apart of a community and our vision, this is me reaching out. Our goal is to forge 30 solid guys in the area into the instagram operator you've always dreamed of becoming (joke). But really we want to get 30 guys more physically fit, comfortable/capable in their own equiptment, and adept in modern day tactics. It won't happen overnight, and you're going to need a community to make it happen.
