Welcome to CDA, Anna! 🤍
We had the pleasure of welcoming Anna this past weekend while she was visiting from Alabama for a wedding. She was such a joy to have in the studio! Anna shared how important Pilates has been for her—especially for pain relief—and how it supports her journey with scoliosis.
Stories like hers are exactly why we love what we do. Pilates can be such a powerful tool for building strength, improving alignment, and relieving pain.
We’re so grateful she found us! While we love our CDA community, we also love meeting visitors from all over. ✨

Our first Pelvic Floor Foundations class on March 12th was a success! 🎉 We had such a great time diving into exercises specifically designed for pelvic floor activation and building awareness of these important muscles.
It’s a fun (and sometimes surprising!) experience learning how powerful this part of the body really is.

We are so excited to announce a special collaboration between Balanced Pilates Center and Inland Pelvic Health to bring Pelvic Floor Health Pilates classes to the Northern Idaho community! 🫶🏼
We are thrilled to be a unique duo bringing pelvic floor health education to this area. Offering classes designed specifically for pelvic floor health is incredibly beneficial for both men and women in so many ways, and we are so excited to add these classes to the schedule soon. Inland Pelvic Health and Balanced Pilates Center are working closely together to thoughtfully create these classes — so stay tuned for when they’re ready to open for sign-ups!
