Thirteen members outperformed their spring season averages during the state tournament: Michael Hocker, Maya Hofmeister, Kaylee Jackson, Charlee Kindhart, Aiden Percy, Cameron Peters, Cody Peters, Mayson Reed, Ethan Sartorius, Addalyn Stanberry, Kenadie Webster, Kendrick Welsh, and Jack Zimmerman.

Fifteen of the 20 returning state team members outperformed their 2025 state performance: Will Butler (+7), Brynlee Finch (+2), Jace Fowler (+3), Maya Hofmeister (+8), Carlee Jackson (+4), Kaylee Jackson (+8), Charlee Kindhart (+20), Aiden Percy (+14), Cameron Peters (+9), Cody Peters (+15), Mayson Reed (+12), Ethan Sartorius (+1), Addalyn Stanberry (+56), Kenadie Webster (+5), Kendrick Welsh (+7), Charlie Zimmerman (+6), and Jack Zimmerman (+12).

We wish our senior state competitors, Kenadie Webster and Charlie Zimmerman, the best of luck as they graduate and leave our team and set our sights on success for our national-bound athletes. Amidst the 738 athletes and 31 teams we competed with on Sunday, it was definitely a Great Day to Be A Cyclone!

Before we post our final results from today, we would like to extend a huge thank-you to our families, friends, and supporters that made our 2025-2026 seasons possible. We wouldn't be Cyclone Nation without all of you! A special shout-out to our state score runner, Avery Butler, who will be retiring from her job after four years to become an official team member this fall!

Congrats to Maya Hofmeister for being recognized for her 2nd place finish in the Spring 2025 Class 2A Conference in the Illinois State High School Clay Target League!

While we wait on Illinois State High School Clay Target League final results, we want to recognize junior Maya Hofmeister for earning a 25 patch and junior Aiden Percy for earning a 50 patch! Way to go Cyclones!

We had a great first half to the day at the Illinois State High School Clay Target League state tournament! Huge shout-out to junior Aiden Percy and sophomore Addy Stanberry for earning 25 patches with solid morning performances!

Congratulations to our 12 athletes who qualified with a final season average of 20.0+ to receive an invitation to compete at the USA Clay Target League National Tournament! Those individuals are: Will Butler, Maya Hofmeister, Carlee Jackson, West Markham, Aiden Percy, Cody Peters, Mason Reed, Ethan Sartorius, Kasen Webster, Emmalyn Wilson, Charlie Zimmerman, and Jack Zimmerman.

From this pool, West Prairie will be represented by the following athletes on the national team: Ethan Sartorius, Maya Hofmeister, Jack Zimmerman, Cody Peters, Charlie Zimmerman (alternate), Aiden Percy, and Cameron Peters (alternate).

Additionally, Aiden Percy, Maya Hofmeister, Cody Peters, Jack Zimmerman, and Charlie Zimmerman will also compete in the National Individual Tournament.

These students will travel to Mason, Michigan, July 9-12 to compete against 240 teams and 1,800 individuals! Best of luck to our Cyclones!
