It’s the adult white and blue belt round robin tournament. Good mat time against new faces and a chance to test what we drill every week.

Something I’ve learned running a gym: family doesn’t always mean blood.

Sometimes family means the people who show up on the mats week in and week out. The ones who push you, pick you up, and stick around when things get tough.

This guy has been training for a year and a half and is such a great addition to the team. He works his butt off and it shows in his jiu-jitsu. So proud of him and all his hard work. It’s been a big year so far at Good Vibez. The women’s program is running strong, the kids classes are filling up, and the adults on the mat genuinely show up for each other everyday. We’ve grown from a gym into a real community, and I’m grateful for every person who walks through our doors.
