Doing cardio all the time β especially fasted cardio β could actually be working against you instead of for you π
As hard as it is to believe, endless fasted cardio without proper nutrition and recovery is usually not the answer to losing those last stubborn 10-15 pounds β
Hereβs why β¬οΈ
When your body is under stress, underfed, and not well rested, cortisol levels rise. Elevated cortisol can cause your body to hold onto fat β especially around the waist β until your stress levels come down and your body is properly fueled and recovered β‘
