Adams’ Karate
It's great to see so many people going to the gym or participating in some type of fitness. But there's no better feeling of staying fit and a plus knowing you can defend your self or your family if need be Than Martial Arts .
Some people say well I don't plan or think I'll get into a situation to have to defend myself so? I don't plan on having a fire but I still have a fire extinguisher in my house,
