I apologize for the delayed announcement - both owners are attending a conference this week and the gym will not be staffed today or on Wednesday. If anyone would like to come in for a tour, we can schedule a video call if requested, otherwise we will be back from 5-9pm on Thursday this week for gym tours. Please reach out if you have any questions - we would be happy to answer them 🤗

The sidewalk is torn up again! Please be advised of the hazards for walking, and TK Concrete is using West Front Street for their heavy machinery. There is some limited parking on N. Walnut St.

There is space for one or two members to park in the back alleyway, however, please leave the center section open for law-enforcement and emergency services to go through.

Due to work obligations and having to pick the kids up, we are changing our staffed hours today! Braden will be present from 1 to 3 P.M. and from 5 to 7 P.M. today. Send us a message here or send an email if you plan to stop by! Braden will be going around the gym cleaning and may not always see someone at the door, so giving us a heads up is super helpful!
