August will be different. -

August will be different. For me, the magic of a yoga class has always been at the very end.  After cultivating concentration in my mind and moving and breathing my body, there is a stillness, a connection to Self that arrives quietly and ease-fully at the end of a practice.

Beautiful view at our house this time of year, I marvel every morning at these pear trees.

Anyone else's laundry take a whole week to do (and have a stage of pre-fold chair dump)?

A corner of our house that generally stays clear and makes me happy. Can anyone ID for us the big plant we adopted from a campus rental in A2 almost 10 years ago? I think it needs some trimming but I want to read up.
