Dr. Uju from Solace PT & Pelvic Wellness will be joining us to share her expertise in all things pelvic floor with a focus on new moms, Lauren will teach a quick class incorporating what we’ve just learned, and then we’ll have a spicy Q&A sesh led by Dr. Uju!
