Using gymnastics to help kids build self-confidence, develop coordination, strength and social skills This translates to well-adjusted, well-rounded kids!

KiDsGyM USA puts fitness principles into practice through gymnastics and educational programs that build mental and physical lifestyles for children and youth in the Atlanta Metro. Each week, structured classes and a positive learning environment create opportunities for your child to try new things and have wholesome fun! Our philosophy is to expose your child to a multitude of experiences that build their confidence and self-esteem, increase their focus and concentration, make them stronger and more flexible, help them learn to positively interact with their peers, and develop coordination and agility for any and all sports. We strongly believe that every child, no matter what age, should be exposed to all of the gymnastic apparati, learn gymnast body positions, develop gymnastic skills and gain knowledge of gymnastic terminology. Moreover, the KiDsGyM USA curriculum is designed to strengthen a child’s ability to remember, actively listen and follow directions. We’re making fitness “fun”-damental, so join us today for a fun and exciting afternoon!

Over the summer, we had the opportunity to work with several high school cheer teams across Atlanta through our Flippin’ For Life GoGirl! program. 🤸‍♀️📣

There’s something special about meeting athletes right where they are—at their schools, with their teams, and in the spaces where so much of their growth is already happening. Our coaches get to support their tumbling, connect with their coaches, and build relationships with even more Atlanta youth.

By bringing KiDsGyM USA® directly into other programs, we hope to give athletes access to quality gymnastics and tumbling instruction while adding that competitive edge to their performances.

ATLANTA… WE ARE 4 WEEKS AWAY. ❤️👟

And if you’ve been waiting for your sign to get your Sneaker Ball tickets, consider this your official invitation. 💌

This year feels especially big. We’re celebrating 40 years of KiDsGyM USA® and 40 years of Atlanta families, coaches, partners, friends, and supporters believing that our kids deserve spaces where they can move, grow, belong, and thrive.

So on October 4, we’re bringing that whole community together.

Come dressed in black. Wear the sneakers. Come ready for great food, music, dancing, and a whole lot of Atlanta love. 🪩

And while we have a GOOD time, we’ll also be investing in what comes next. Every ticket and every dollar raised helps KiDsGyM USA® continue reaching Atlanta youth through gymnastics, fitness, mentorship, and educational programming.

Coach Moses was an INCREDIBLE human being. Like, an INCREDIBLE human being.

We all loved him so much.

His kindness. The way he would light up when he talked about whatever was making him excited to be alive that week. His love for the people around him. His love for fun. His love for hard work.

He was one of those people you just feel lucky—genuinely grateful—came into your life.

Because Coach Moses didn’t just come into our organization. He came into our lives. And he made them better simply by being who he was.

There are people you work with, people you know, people you meet along the way—and then there are people whose presence becomes a part of your story.

Coach Moses was that kind of person.

We are going to miss him more than words can say. And we will forever be grateful that, for a chapter of our lives, we got to know him, laugh with him, work alongside him, and love him.

You will forever be in our hearts.

We love you, Coach Moses. 💔

Parents, y’all KNOW it be like this sometimes. 😂

You sign your little one up for gymnastics and somehow YOU end up doing the Saturday morning warm-up while they hang on you like, “You got this, Dad.” 😂👏

But honestly, we love witnessing moments like this. Our dads get on the floor, try something new, play with their little ones, and get a little movement in themselves—all while making memories together.

And she is clearly perfectly happy letting Dad handle the workout. 😂👑

That’s KiDsGyM USA®. We’re a preschool gymnastics program, but we’re focused on so much more than gymnastics. We’re here for movement, healthy habits, family connection, confidence, and giving kids a place to grow alongside the people who love them most.

A new bubble machine, great music, and good people? You really can’t put a price on that. 😂🫧💙

We know how hard it can be to get the kids in the car, navigate Atlanta traffic, make it to class on time, AND somehow still have the energy to be active.

We GET IT.

So when you walk into our gym, our priority is you and the whole family. We want you to feel like you can breathe a little. We want you to leave feeling energized and proud—and hopefully like you laughed, played, and moved more than you’ve had the chance to all week.

And we want to do it the Atlanta way: with a big heart, plenty of energy, and a whole lot of love for family and community.

We caught Coach Edmond completely in the moment here—the music is going, the bubbles are flying, the kids are moving, and the parents are right there with them. 🥹

It might just look like a really fun class, but to us, this IS the work: creating experiences that make healthy lifestyles feel joyful and possible for kids and their families.

And yes… the bubble machine is officially part of the team now. 😂🫧

6 WEEKS AWAY. ❤️👟

Just this Saturday, we watched two families who had never met before Fall I session exchange numbers because their kids became friends and they wanted to plan playdates. 🥹

It might sound like a small moment, but to us, it’s HUGE.

This is what we mean when we talk about community at KiDsGyM USA®. We greet families at the door. We learn names. We talk with parents. And because we’re right there with you, we get to witness friendships and relationships forming all the time—not only between our kids, but between their families too.

So getting to bring all of YOU together six weeks from now to celebrate 40 years of this work, have an incredible night, and raise the support that allows us to keep serving Atlanta youth? We don’t take that lightly.

And you already know the energy we bring to the gym. 😂 Now imagine us all dressed up, sneakers on, music playing, and celebrating together.

We love a 🔥 flip, but what do we love even more?! That our coaches still love to flip, too! 🤸🏾‍♂️🔥

At KiDsGyM USA, our coaches don’t just tell our athletes what’s possible—we love being able to show them.

Because what’s cooler to a kid than watching their own coach do the very thing they’re working toward achieving someday?! 🥹
