Don’t know which to try? Definitely try the chocolate brownie or if you’re more of a peanut butter person you can’t go wrong with the chocolate peanut butter

Been a min😒

But hit 185lb for set of 7 and considering i have barbell squatted in a WHILE...

Im pretty hyped💯

Yes its not my best but i’d rather work with what feels good than hop on what I used to squat😉

The risk of injury just isnt worth it😒

But ill be back to my best soon enough and so will you so get grinding👊🏽

So if you want BIG BULGING BLOCKY abs you need to incorporate LOW rep HEAVY weight sets to really CAUSE muscle hypertrophy 🙌🏻

The day has COME😝

I’ve always had knee PAIN caused by my ARTHRITIS and FAULTY movement patterns and injuries from SPORTS 🏈

But i’m on a NEW path to improve my MOBILITY and STABILITY in my joints🦵

So heres me WORKING towards doing my FIRST pistol squat🧎‍♂️

This exercise is GREAT for building stability in the KNEES and mobility in the ANKLE and HIPS🧑‍🦽

Time to FEEL better and MOVE better🏃🏻‍♂️

Been STRUGGLING to do 3 reps of ring MUSCLE-UPS for 3 sets😤

But workout AFTER workout I kept TRYING kept getting a little CLOSER☺️
