⚠️Air Quality Permitting: Here is our tentative schedule this week.

instructors bring their kids too - we have littles. Kiddos are sensitive individuals when it comes to poor air quality. Staying indoors and cuddling will always trump our shared goals to get outdoors and work out together when air pollution is high. It's really a no-brainer.
