Training doesn’t have to stop when you go on vacation.
During a recent trip through Europe, AMMA black belt Anthony found opportunities to train along the way, visiting a boxing gym in Austria and a Shotokan dojo in Germany.
We’re proud of his willingness to step into unfamiliar gyms, learn from new instructors and keep growing as a martial artist—even while traveling. Thank you to the instructors and students who welcomed him and shared their training with him.

Our student broke into groups last week to work on their kata. Our next taekwondo belt test will be July 31 with graduation on August 7! Keep practicing!
