I heard someone talking about how we don’t REALLY practice yoga in the west because we are focused on our own suffering only. I’ve definitely been guilty of that. Today … make your practice about easing the suffering of all beings. We are all connected. We are one. ✨🫶🙏🏼

Recovery Yoga for Mental Health continues this Sunday at 6pm… and guess what? No break over the summer… it will be every second Sunday! This Sunday we will be working through the residual stufffff stuck in the body. Expect some somatics, breath work, and letting gooo. Perfect for mamas that need a little reset on Mother’s Day. ✨🙏🏼🙌🏻

Last day of Yoga at is always a fun one! Pyramids and the Rainbow Dragon… they have to hold downward dog while each student takes a turn slithering under the “rainbow”. These kids are THE BEST. I love teaching them and I’m so grateful I get to go back year after year.

Recovery Yoga for Mental Health meets tonight at 6pm at The Bridge Yoga.
We only have 2 more recovery yoga classes until we break for summer. For these next 2 months we will be journeying through the chakras as we regulate and reset old patterns and beliefs stored in the mind and body.
This trauma-informed series is designed to help support your mental health and give you the space you need to heal your mind through your body. We will explore mindfulness practices, somatic holds, asana, meditation, and energy techniques to restore your spirit. The series is designed to help anyone at any stage of their mental health recovery and/or yoga journey.
