Happy Wednesday! Here’s a form tip from one of our trainers: when doing a row movement, a closer grip will allow you to bias the Latissimus Dorsi muscle while a wider grip will hit your upper/middle back muscles more. See attached video for a visual demonstration!

Did you know there are TWO types of fiber? Insoluble fiber helps food move through your digestive system faster while soluble fiber can slow digestion, allowing for more absorption of nutrients. Both are necessary for a healthy diet. Try eating apples, raspberries, or broccoli for a fiber boost!

My name is Jael and I am the newest trainer at DeCore. I am certified through the American Council of Exercise and have previous work experience as a trainer on campus at Texas A&M. I have been active my whole life through sports and weight lifting and have continued this lifestyle while in college.
