Did you know there are TWO types of fiber? Insoluble fiber helps food move through your digestive system faster while soluble fiber can slow digestion, allowing for more absorption of nutrients. Both are necessary for a healthy diet. Try eating apples, raspberries, or broccoli for a fiber boost!

Reading this makes me think of how so many do the same thing when it comes to working out. I’ve been saying forever I’m going to start posting a couple times a week on Facebook.
