Classes are Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 PM and Saturday at 9:00 AM. Come see what it’s about and find a routine you can actually stick with.

We’re working hard and getting strong—and doing it together.
FitKick isn’t about being the fastest or lifting the heaviest. It’s about showing up, putting in the work, and getting a little stronger each week in a space that’s supportive, non-judgmental and pretty fun. We mix circuit training, strength work, and sometimes even a little bag work to keep things interesting and effective.
If you’re someone who needs the structure of set workout times—and a group that knows your name and notices when you’re not there—this might be your thing.
Class times:
• Tuesday & Thursday: 5:30–6:15 PM
• Saturday: 9:00–9:45 AM
• Wednesday (Zoom): 12:15–1:00 PM

Group photo after class. Small class because everyone was traveling! But, here we are....tired, sweaty, and feeling accomplished.
FitKick is structured training with set class times, familiar faces, and a group that notices when you’re there—and when you’re not. We run circuits, lift heavy, and mix things up (sometimes with bag work), but the constant is accountability and solid work. If big gyms haven’t worked for you, this might.
