Workout trends…

I’ve seen these TRX Deadbugs all over social media, so I figured it was time to give them a try.

Spoiler alert: they make it look WAY easier than it is. Shout out to .fitness

What you don’t see in this edited version is that I could only do 2 reps before I had to come down. Definitely some room for improvement, and you better believe I’m working on it.

And then there’s Terry… who proved that gravity is still undefeated.
