Push and Hinge strength work today for Bootcamp! You can do a lot with just a few Kettlebells, Dumbbells, and Bands. Great job to my Warriors and thank you for showing up! Stay dedicated y'all!

Waypoint Fitness' very own Aggie Power Lifter, Faith Smith, is planning a Squat clinic geared towards women on Saturday May 23rd. Only 3 slots available so contact her ASAP via email. Another date can be added provided we have enough interest. This is a great opportunity to feel more comfortable and confident in the gym. Faith is available for personal training as well.
