Kids Sports Camp in BCS
We’re a very family-oriented gym with many fitness-minded parents. But let’s be honest… sometimes our kids aren’t quite as active, coordinated, disciplined, or passionate about fitness as we are. 😅
So how do we introduce fitness in today’s world without it feeling like punishment?

You know the “meatloaf method” parents use to get kids to eat veggies? 🥬
(Hiding the healthy stuff inside something fun and tasty 😂)
Well… we’ve applied that same concept to fitness.
If you’re training for baseball or football, there’s usually a lot of throwing, running, conditioning, and drills involved. To a kid, that can feel like “work.”
BUT… add water balloons into the mix and suddenly it becomes a giant water balloon battle 💦🔥
Now we’re talking.
Fitness hidden inside FUN.
After all… who has ever considered a water balloon fight punishment? 😉
