Black Bear Lacrosse Club is proud to announce the hiring of ๐๐ง๐จ๐๐ฃ๐ช๐จ ๐พ๐ค๐ก๐ก๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ฃโ๐จ ๐๐๐๐ง๐ค๐จ๐จ๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐พ๐ค๐๐๐ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฃ ๐ฝ๐ช๐ง๐ ๐ as the organizationโs new ๐ฟ๐๐ง๐๐๐ฉ๐ค๐ง ๐ค๐ ๐พ๐ค๐ก๐ก๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ง๐ช๐๐ฉ๐๐ฃ๐. Burke brings extensive NCAA experience, a strong coaching pedigree, and a deep national network of college coaches to support Black Bear athletes and families throughout their recruiting journeys.
In this role, Burke will lead a comprehensive recruiting support system designed to help high school players and families within the club navigate the increasingly competitive college landscape. His responsibilities will include:
One-on-one recruiting consultations with players and families
Guidance on contacting, communicating, and building relationships with college coaches
Strategic support in evaluating academic, athletic, and financial fit
Leveraging his extensive network of NCAA coaches to advocate for Black Bear athletes
Assisting as a coach for Black Bearโs 10th and 11th grade teams during fall and summer seasons
Burkeโs addition strengthens Black Bearโs commitment to providing personalized, transparent, and effective recruiting guidance for every athlete in the program.

Burke will begin working with players and families immediately as Black Bear prepares for the fall recruiting season with Ursinus College Hosting the clubs Fall Recruiting Night on Monday October 5th at 7pm!
