You may know him as Gary. You may know him as Mother Ginger. Or, because he’s so tall, you may have just assumed he was some “strange man” hanging out in the PADA lobby.

You’ve probably seen him backstage at The Nutcracker, helping in the front of house at recital, or dressed as Santa Claus and cheering on our dancers at the tree lighting last year. Gary is Miss Taylor’s dad, and he has quietly become a very special part of the PADA family.

Gary was recently diagnosed with multiple myeloma and now it’s our turn to show him some love and support!

Join us for Gangster Gary’s Hip Hop Fundraiser on Friday, October 16 from 6:30–7:30 PM. This open beginner class is pay what you want, and kids and parents are all welcome to dance! We think even Miss Taylor has to show us how she busts a move!

All proceeds will support Gary’s Fight Crew and his walk benefiting the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation. And what’s even better, PADA will match every donation made as we try to get this Giants fan into an Eagles jersey to sing the fight song💚🦅

Let’s fill the studio, dance for Gary, and show him just how many people are in his corner!!
