I am grateful to have found my calling. Thank you for encouraging me to take control of my life and become a trainer.
Let the haters say training doesnโt pay well, isnโt a stable job, or trainers just care about selling you training.
My motivation comes from being unhappy with what I saw in the mirror, being told how I should live my life, seeing my grandma live in a wheelchair and bed all while losing her ability to walk, and just wanting more for myself.
I am living this with you. I train with you, I fight fears and doubts with you because I want you to believe in yourself the way I wished I believed in myself when I first started.
Itโs about helping you smile at every part of your life: your body, abilities, relationships, work, and believing you can have anything you give your all to.

๐ My squat attire this evening ๐ค
Tbh, I say I want to dress cute or โbe girly,โ but it ainโt me. Embracing my desire for comfort over feeling like I need to look like everyone else.
You realize you donโt really want to put in the effort (time, money, stress, etc.) that everyone else is doing.
So just be you โค๏ธ
๐ I applaud all you cute females who look composed and pretty when you lift ๐ญ

Forever wearing emperor editions. My absolute favorite powerlifting shoes ๐๐ฝ
๐ โIโm scaredโ
First time doing a single arm row with 65 lbs ๐ช๐ฝ I was being a chicken and reminded myself you didnโt work hard all this time to be scared, stop giving 100% or say you will fail when you havenโt even tried yet.
๐ I have good and not so good training days. Facts.
Itโs not about being perfect or smashing heavy numbers, it should be about refining your skills, prioritizing your weaknesses and training the voice inside your head.
๐ Donโt forget to prioritize having fun in your training ๐คธ๐ปโโ๏ธ
๐๐ปโโ๏ธ Pro Tip:
1) Donโt be in a hurry to increase weight. Assess your form and technique first and see what you could have done better.
2) Know your starting point. Nail it. Perfect it. How you start will determine how you finish.
3) ATTITUDE. How you approach your lift and what you say to yourself in that moment is VITAL. Train yourself to cut out the doubt and second guessing ๐
๐ปโโ๏ธ
๐ Being patient and enjoying the process ๐คธ๐ปโโ๏ธ
๐๐ปโโ๏ธ Pro-Tip:
1) The weight is too heavy if you canโt focus on your form and technique. So โ overloading your working sets and start listening to what your body is telling you.
2) If your working weight feels โlight,โ focus on creating control in the eccentric and making the bar move quicker OVER adding more weight ๐
3) Nail your starting position. Feet or grip position off = movement off. Fix your ๐ฉ

๐ Too many lifters complain about the percentage or weight of their working set while ignoring focus on their ex*****on.
They ignore the fact the bar moved slow or fail to notice the flaws in their form and technique.
Start listening to your body, notice what doesnโt feel right, and take advantage of the โlightโ weight and show me how effortless you can make the movement look and feel.
๐ What fitness goal are you currently focusing on?
Mine will forever be increasing my 1 rep max ๐
I rarely do cardio because thereโs none in powerlifting ๐

๐ All these moments makes my heart smile. Supporting my clients, encouraging them to be fearless and seeing their hard work come to life makes me understand what it probably feels like to be a parent ๐
When you work with me, itโs not about keeping you as a client. Itโs about providing you with all the tools to reach your fitness goal, to be successful and to believe yourself so you can DO IT CONFIDENTLY ON YOUR OWN ๐ช๐ฝ
๐ Who else gets sore GLUTES from benching?!? No joke! ๐
