A little birthday surprise from the team to me at our Oxford scrimmage!

The Collierville Dragons Silver teams played awesome tennis today to sweep the boys and girls titles in the Shelby Counu Championships. Congrats to all the kids this season! On to state this weekend.

In Collierville, we’ve had a busy week of matches and strong Collierville School tennis! This reminds me of last season’s victories from the high school boys and girls teams:

🎾 Photo 1: Last year’s boys and girls sectional championship teams. Both boys and girls won districts, regionals, and sectionals. In addition, the boys team won state.

🎾 Photo 2: Last year’s state doubles champions.

🎾 Photo 3: Last year, three boys team members won individuals, including the singles state championship as well as the doubles state championship.

When the August heat lets up and the cold sets in, I lead a Ladies Winter Getaway trip to Destin, FL in February.

On our trip, we run dills and match play, all in the comfort of a Florida winter! 🏝
