Kickboards are way more than just pool toys—they’re one of our favorite tools for building strong, confident swimmers! 🏊‍♂️✨

Here’s why kickboards are a staple at The Pool School:
🔹 Core & Leg Power: Isolating the kick builds leg strength and improves stamina.
🔹 Body Alignment: They help swimmers practice keeping their hips high and maintaining a neutral body position in the water.
🔹 Breath Control: Swimmers learn to focus on breathing techniques without having to worry about arm movements at the same time.

From beginner flutter kicks to advanced endurance drills, kickboards give our swimmers the support they need to level up their skills! 💪

Big splashes, bigger smiles! 💦✨
Learning to swim doesn’t have to be scary—especially when you’re learning from the best! Coach Camila brings so much joy, energy, and fun to the steps that our swimmers forget they’re even practicing their kick technique.
