LET'S FILL THIS!
Victory Cherokee is joining up with the Cherokee Nation Hawiya/Meat distribution program. With that said, we need more freezer space. Cherokee Nation Councilwoman Dora Smith-Patzkowski assisted with funding for a new commercial freezer for the organization.

The program provides meat to qualified Cherokee Nation citizens. More details and applications will be coming soon.

Victory Cherokee: We had a good turnout for our 2nd Tuesday each month Potluck Social and Meeting. We had Natalie Bobbitt (Special Assistant) with the CCO Cherokee Nation Community and Cultural Outreach with us explaining the HAWIYA Community Food Sovereignty Program which we will be participating in each month.

Look for application sign-ups and future schedules coming soon. ,

Lastly, we voted last night and have added two at-large members to the leadership team. Congrats, Ted Holman and Tonya Vaughn

Victory Cherokee Potluck Social and Meeting - Tuesday Night (Sept. 8th, 2026) starting at 6:30pm - All are welcomed to join us, bring your favorite dish or dessert. You do not have to be NdN to participate.

At 7pm, we will have a short organization meeting followed by VCO membership vote for adding additional seats to the leadership team. - Membership voting window will be for from 7:10pm-8:10pm Tuesday Night

Patients can now call 1-877-CNHS-PRC (1-877-264-7772) or email [email protected] for assistance with their PRC needs across the entire Cherokee Nation Health Services system. These new communication options are designed to make it easier than ever for patients to connect with the support they need.

CHEROKEE NATION ISSUES DATA CENTER TASK FORCE REPORT, NEW POLICY ACTIONS

The Cherokee Nation will not consider supporting any hyperscale data center development on non tribally owned lands within the Cherokee Nation Reservation unless robust consultation is conducted with the tribe.
